This comfortable holiday home in San Miguel de Salinas, Costa Blanca is in a closed domain with a swimming pool for adults and another swimming pool for children (both of which are shared by the guests). There are two private terraces, one large with a terrace lounge, deckchairs and hammock to enjoy the sun. This place is ideal for a change of scenery and a relaxed holiday with family.

You can reach sea beaches within 15 minutes by car for fun and frolic. La Mata City Centre is 18 km away. If you like golf, there are many golf courses near the home where you can play. Lake beaches are 12 km away. You can plan day trips to Murcia, Alicante, Elche, Orihuela cities.

The home is located in a calm and present place. There is a large park in front of the house and a children’s playground. Relax in the very bright living and dining room with your family. Parking is available and air conditioning will keep you cool in the Spanish summers.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
