Ideal destination for families: in a quiet, very green area, in the middle of the Golf Club Paradiso del Garda golf course, equipped with extensive sports facilities and not far from Peschiera. A large swimming pool with pool bar completes the offer. The complex consists of four buildings, each with two floors, a mini market (online only with delivery service) for small purchases is also available. In addition, as a guest of the Residence Eden, you can use the facilities of the Parc Hotel (500 m away) - these include an indoor pool and WiFi access, as well as the hotel's garage (subject to availability), restaurants, a bar, the wellness and sports center. A free shuttle bus also takes you to Peschiera.

Peschiera is certainly the most characteristic place on Lake Garda, situated on the flat southern shore, surrounded by gentle meadows and forests. The town center consists of three built-up and inhabited islands located where Lake Garda flows into the Mincio. The best way to discover the city is to take a walk through the star-shaped old town, which extends over one of the islands and is towered over by the mighty fortress.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
