Apartments Villa Dadić are situated in Dubrovnik, in a quite little place called Nuncijata with one of the most beautiful views in the city. House is located on the top of an uphill slope.
There are eight accommodation units in a modern family house overlooking the sea or the city.

There is a private parking available on site if reserved in advance.

This comfort one-bedroom apartment features free WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as kitchenette fitted with refrigerator, electric kettle and dining area. Private bathroom comes with shower and hair-dryer. The apartment will also provide guests with terrace overlooking the sea.

Ironing facilities and baby cot are available upon request.


Laundry service is available with additional charge 13 euros.

Accommodation is located just 3 kilometers away from the Old Town, historical and cultural center of Dubrovnik. Beautiful walking area is nearby overlooking the sea, city and city harbor. Grocery store is 100 meters away. Many restaurants, pubs and cafes are within 2 kilometers distance.

Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
