“Family Weekend scheduled for the 86th anniversary of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother! Everyone can arrange to be called on, a total of 37 people. But our mother got sick around Christmas, but canceling the weekend was not because she was quite refurbishing again. And they kept insisting, but even then already was clear that they would not upgrade, we had to promise to go with his allen.Ze died more than a week for her birthday and two days before the weekend we cremated her ... .. “The Welstand was the perfect house for our family with a large hall to eat together and enough bedrooms. The kitchen is wonderfully large but not very functional. Glad there are several places a place to sit outside. The hottub was a party. We have a nice walk to the Wadden Sea and made a boat trip to see the seals. The home owner is very friendly and helpful. Recommendation Worthy ..”

“A nice big house with indoor and outdoor lots to do. Also interesting to see how the owner plenty of work with solar energy, wind energy and ground heat. If all panels are resting, this house is completely self-sufficient! Hard was that no large frying pan in the kitchen was present. But eventually we got the meatballs cooked in the oven. Generally nice place here.”

“With 27 people in the farm Welstand been (nieces & nephews weekend) the space is really crazy you can if you want to get lost in the house. The accommodation is centrally located close to everything for various trips. A wonderful panoramic view over the meadows and the chickens prefer to bring within its very tame even the pony in the meadow is definitely for kids very leuk.Tip for family "s the fun in Harlingen cruise with lunch on board and Sunday we are farmers elfstede wave essentially do instead Eccomare in t Honk very hospitable people in Friesland everything was very toppie.De house on sight had some more attention to the cleaning required but for as weekend okay we certainly have enjoyed in Friesland Pingjum so for family 's a must. “The house is magnificent. Especially with kids big and small. But wrong much. Warm and cold taps multiple wrong, no hot water in the room, should be according to information. Shower, s built in a closet in each room where you have to come to dry. Billiards where the sheet is completely loose., we have for the 4th times, organized a weekend with the kids, sometimes where more somewhere else, you get out of the closet, but I would not recommend it anyway . This time it was the most expensive but by far not the best”

“The house is a true gem for children. The layout of the rooms is awesome. In the beginning, you can get lost in the house. The device is useful and appropriate for children. Fortunately, all is not so valuable that you constantly have to be behind the children here. There is a nice soccer field with goals. We were allowed to make a fire in the garden tents. There are canoe ride in which children durten The landlord is simple and nice. The beach is really nice in Makum (8 km). We had it really nice with our 16 children! The kitchen is so well equipped that one can not only cook pasta and tomato sauce. There are plenty of pots, pans, a wok, bowls, casserole dishes .... So we have also lived really well and healthy. We can well imagine the next year to come back.”

“It is a very cozy house, with lots of activities. Such as table tennis, billiards, there is a piano, a sauna and a jacuzzi. So if you want to stay at home once a day there is plenty to do in the house to entertain you. There are several rooms and a large downstairs room where z 's all you can eat. The kitchen is large, you can have fun with some people also cook the kitchen is clean. Besides not only the kitchen, but the whole house is well maintained and clean. Outside there is a ditch with a band above it, so for the people who are not afraid to get wet ... try it once, it is very funny! All in all it was a nice cozy holiday this beautiful house, we recommend you therefore definitely a time to stay. Going back to the environment: it is a very quiet area. Would you still once out, then there are a lot of nice cities in a few kilometers away at once to visit. If you decide to go there once, have fun!”

“Wonderful home for a family weekend. Beautiful space in the middle and then again nice rooms (wood stoves) to momentarily yourself. Spacious garden and beautiful views of the village Pingjum. The Wadden Sea is around the corner and a visit to Harlingen is always worthwhile. In the house itself fun game options (ping pong, billiards, shuffleboard). Sauna and jacuzzi to relax. We cooked for 17 people and it went fine. For shopping you must be in Witmarsum. Even the weather was good. A weekend to return denken.Klaas and Hilda Ruby Hoogeveen”

“We had a very nice and relaxing week in "De Welstand". The house is very spacious and ideal for a group up to 20 people. The interior is very kinderfreudlich, the living rooms are very cozy and decorated in a cozy style, the bedrooms are furnished and have more practical Jugendherbergscharkter. The ehemalighe farmhouse is beautifully situated and surrounded by a lovely garden, ideal for children. Since the house is located on a mound and is therefore surrounded by a moat, you can not let them play unsupervised in the garden young children. The owner of the house that have a separate apartment in the same house, are very friendly and helpful, a canoe and a double kayak available for free ready. For children there is the possibility of guided pony riding. The surrounding area of u200bu200b"De Welstand" is ideal very suitable for cycling and as a base to explore the beautiful small town north-west of Friesland. As a coastal village on the IJsselmeer Makkum we really liked, easy to reach from the house by car (10-15 minutes). Here there is a beautiful sandy beach, the sea is very shallow in, especially for small children and non-swimmers but especially egg”

“We were from 15.04.-17.04.2005 with 9 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs in the house in Pingjum-Penjum.Platz was enough and after a moment's thought was for each a suitable place to sleep found.The house is beautifully renovated and generous and interesting (gallery) cut. There are also at full occupancy yet sufficiently retreat for the Einzelnen.Die device is completely down to the smallest teaspoon, plentiful and in Ordnung.Technisch is the home of high standard. Two dishwashers, dryers, washing machine, a plurality of microwave, coffee machines, modern kitchens sowei TVs, stereos and DVD player can be found in a number of attractive Räumen.Bei bad weather you can deal well inside the house. There are billiard table, several board, cards and other board games, lots of toys for toddlers and even a piano and an exercise bike free of charge. After consultation with the landlord and the use of the sauna is can möglich.Draußen in the house you eg free pony rides, fishing, or a canoe fahren.Dem very nice landlord couple that lives in a part of the house, fall yet determined other employment opportunities for the”

About the holiday home

This luxury farmhouse is situated in Pingjum. Ideal for groups of families or friends, there are 21 bedrooms and can accommodate 60 guests. It has all modern amenities including an infrared sauna for you to have a great holiday.

The lake is 5 km from the home if you wish to explore nature at its best. The nearest supermarkets are only 3 km away. Take out all your clan for a lovely dinner at a restaurant only 1 km away. Enjoy a sunny day at the beach only 5 km from the stay.

Two living rooms have fireplaces, stereo unit, video projector (paid) and projection screen to enjoy a lovely movie evening indoors. Fitness equipment is in place for you to stay active without compromising on your routine. Billiards, table tennis table, and table football are kept for recreational purposes. For kids, high chair, playpen and play equipment are available. A maximum of 5 pets can be brought to the property at a rate of € 10/Pet/Stay.
