First of all, this house stands out because of its extremely successful interior. Many natural elements were used without sacrificing comfort, so that this house, with its numerous oak accents, is an ideal holiday home to enjoy everything the Ardennes has to offer in comfort and luxury. It is very suitable for holidays with family or friends.

Discover the Ardennes on foot, during nature walks, or get on your bike to nearby destinations such as the center of Aywaille, Sprimont or the impressive Ruines du Château d'Amblève (5 km). The Spa Francorchamps circuit is less than 40 km away and a day at the Monde Sauvage Safari Parc (10 km) is very worthwhile.

But you don't have to leave the accommodation for a successful holiday. You can play billiards, table football, darts and use the available board games, from Monopoly to Cluedo. The bedrooms have underfloor heating and air conditioning and the garden will have a barrel sauna from May 2023.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
