This cosy holiday apartment on a farm in Hainzenberg in Tyrol warmly welcomes its guests. In a sunny, quiet location and only a few minutes' walk from the Gerlossteinbahn, this holiday apartment offers families and friends a relaxing and varied holiday in a top location.

Hainzenberg is located at the entrance to the Gerlostal, from where you can start many hikes, such as the circular hiking trail on the Hainzenberg or to the leisure park in Zell am Ziller, directly from the apartment. In winter, the Gerlosstein ski area is ideal for families. With the ski bus, just a few minutes walk from the farm, you can also reach the Zillertal Arena free of charge. A sleigh ride on the toboggan run is also great fun!

All bedrooms have a shower and toilet, and you have access to the balcony from all rooms. Far away from the hustle and bustle, you can light a barbecue in the garden or just read a book and sunbathe in a lounge chair.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
