This apartment is located in a wonderful idyllic setting in Niedernsill, only a short walk from the town centre and the natural bathing lake, and is ideal for a family. Outside on the private terrace, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the vast stretch of greenery. Lovers of skiing can find the ski bus only 200 m from their stay.

Niedernsill is located in the Austrian Salzburg. It is a well-known ski village and is loved by many winter sports enthusiasts. It is surrounded by cosy mountain pastures, great excursion destinations and many small and large adventures. Dine at restaurants only 200 m away and gather your groceries only 300 m away. During winters, you can reach the cable car just 12-15 km away to access the Kitzbühel skiing area, along with the Zell am See skiing areas, Kaprun with the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn.

Notably, the holiday apartment is on the first floor. Parking is also available at the holiday home.

You can avail public transport only 1 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
