The apartments are located in the modern Resort Carpe Solem in Rauris, which will open its doors in summer 2021. The interior and finish of the apartment is entirely in the style of this region. High-quality materials such as natural stone from Rauris and larch wood have been used for both the exterior and interior. You will enjoy the mesmerising snow-capped mountain-views of the surroundings from the balcony/terrace. Ideally, this apartment is perfect for the winter sports lovers and the family of 4 who wants to spend time in peace and quietness.

The location of the resort in this fine family ski area could not be better, namely directly on the slopes and at the valley station of the Rauriser Hochalmbahn (ski-in, ski-out). The center of Rauris is a 5-minute walk away. So you don't need your car. You can buy the general supplies required for the stay from the supermarket at a distance of 2 km away from the property. There is something to do both in summer and winter. You can enjoy walking, cycling, hiking, and mountaineering in the summer weather whereas winter means skiing!

Whichever type of apartment you book you always have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Outside you have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture where you can relax or enjoy the delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. In the living room, you can spend time watching your favourite TV show while lounging on the double sofa-bed. The bedroom is also perfect and provides a cosy sleep after an exciting day full of adventures. You can park your car in the central parking lot. If you book a summer holiday, the Nationalpark Sommercard is included. A top destination for the whole family in summer and winter.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
