Halland - nice sand beaches, beautiful nature, cosy villages and nice shopping opportunities to offer. Kungsbacka gives you the impression of a small provincial town; however, it still has a wide selection of shops and restaurants. In the shopping city, Freeport, it is possible to do some great bargains. You can live history if you visit Tjolöholm Castle which is built in English style, at the end of the 19th century.

It is also a must to visit Gekås in Ullared which is one of the most attended shopping centres in Sweden. You can also go to Ätran which is a popular place for salmon fishing.

Laholm is a nice city with the popular bathing beaches Melbystrand and Skummeslövstrand. Lagan is a brilliant place for salmon- and trout fishing. At the Halland ridge you can take a walk in the nice beech forests, and in the winter, Laholm is a nice ski resort.
