“The park is beautifully situated, the surroundings very nice. The cottage is a different story. It was really too small for 4 people, so was the dining table. Very outdated, scraps to a low ceiling, single glass, the kitchen with all kinds of damage and poorly concealed pipelines, collected crockery, cutlery, furniture, dirty carpet in the bedroom, broken laminate in the living room and a far too large sofa in such a small space, for lack of space a cupboard was placed in the bedroom where the oven stood. The only thing that was good were the beds.”

“A beautiful and neat park with a hospitable and friendly reception. The accommodation house No. 15 is very dirty outside a dated interior. Dust everywhere, such as in the lamps in the bedroom, but also all other lamps, a very dirty pull cord in the bathroom, broken garden furniture on the terrace and so on As a homeowner you can do something about this very simply.... just regularly clean and invest part of the rent obtained back into the holiday home. Furthermore, a very beautiful area with many opportunities for walking and relaxing.”

“Nice small-scale park on the edge of the forest. We were very kindly received by the owner with good explanation. There was no washing-up brush, which was a shame, but otherwise the house has everything you need and you can enjoy beautiful walks in the area. There is a restaurant at the park. Unfortunately we could not eat there due to corona measures, but we could get food there. Unfortunately there were no coffee filters available, but I could pick them up for free at the reception. Nice place to go with your dog (s), they will love it here! All in all, had a successful stay.”

About the holiday home

This is a splendid 2-bedroom holiday home in Stramproy. It's located in the middle of Kempen Broek nature reserve. It is ideal for a small family.

The region is great for walking and cycling. There are nature reserves such as Tungelerwallen and the heath of Stramproy nearby. You can take a trip to Roermond 25 km away and go shopping in the Outlet Centre. Maastricht, which is 43 km away, has charming little lanes and many restaurants. From here you can also go for a wonderful walk on the green and flowery Mount Saint Peter.

The home's large windows offer a great view of the outside and truly give you the sense of being surrounded by nature. There is a large garden with furniture where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while you admire the natural surroundings. You can get a high chair for €5/stay. You're allowed to bring 2 pet for €25/pet.

The airport is 27 km away.
